The Wagener Villa is a former factory owner’s villa built in 19th century Küstrin by the Wagener family (machine, steam boiler, copper factory Cüstrin-Neustadt). It survived the heavy bombardment by the Red Army in spring 1945 as one of very few buildings and was subsequently used as the administrative headquarters of the Soviet occupiers and later of the town of Kostrzyn nad Odrą.
Vacant since 2006, it has now been transformed into a modern German-Polish communication and creative centre.
